A new documentary executive produced by Renee Tajima-Peña and directed by Christopher Wong, will air nationally on PBS's Emmy Award winning series, "Independent Lens." The film chronicles the struggles and triumphs of the first year of an innovative new public high school in the South Bronx headed by the idealistic Principal Edward Tom. It was made with the support of the Sundance Documentary Fund and Center for Asian American Media.
