Before you attend, you MUST…
· Have taken 20A, 20B, or 20C and passed with a B- or better
(one class completed=pre-major, two classes completed=major)
- Print out a Declaration of Major form from: advising.ucsc.edu
- Complete the left side of the form (your Gen. Eds)
- Have your form reviewed and signed by your college advisor
