Egill Bjarnason

Biography: 
Born in Reykjavik, Iceland; Egill Bjarnason first left home at eighteen to be immersed in the Israel-Palestine conflict. The camera has since been his greatest travel companion and a window to the world’s less explored corners. Egill’s work has been frequently published in major Icelandic dailies, as well as the National Geographic Magazine and Al-Jazeera English. As a Fulbright Foreign Student grantee, he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in social documentation at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
