- Have taken 20A, 20B or 20C and passed with a "B-" or better (one class completed = pre-major; 20A and either 20B or 20C completed = major)
- Print out the "Declaration of Major" and "Academic Planning" forms from: http://advising.ucsc.edu/student/declaration/index.html and bring them with you to one of the following meetings:
