Alternative living rights; social policy; space as a social construct
Alexandrea was born and raised in the south bay area. She grew up attending local rallies, marches and protests, quickly developing her passion for social change at a young age. Alexandrea completed her undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley with a major in sociology and a minor in journalism. At the end of her undergraduate career, Alexandrea became the multimedia editor at The Daily Californian, advancing her knowledge and interest in video production. Her research interests vary and address topics of intersectionality and social justice.
