Description: 
This is an online 10-week senior seminar that addresses long-standing ethical dilemmas including filmmaker/participant relationships, ethical ethnographic filmmaking, and conversations regarding the role of social media and new media. This course explores issues such as allyship, privilege, and insider/outsider responsibilities for filmmakers working with topics such as class, the environment, gender, feminism, race, and sexuality.
