Chari Glogovac-Smith will be joining us as Assistant Professor of Film and Digital Media. They are an Emmy-nominated composer, performer, and inter-media artist with an MFA from Mills College and they are currently completing a PhD at the University of Washington. Their research accomplishments to date include significant projects that span the fields of digital animation, AI, performance, sound, composition, multimedia, and site-specific non-traditional documentary investigation.
