Eyecandy
Eyecandy is a F&DM department sponsored student-run magazine that focuses on analytical, critical, and theoretical issues in film and digital media. Eyecandy examines film and digital media in relation to other significant issues such as art form and social and cultural theory and politics. Above all, Eyecandy is a forum for writers from all fields to discuss and raise issues about film and digital media as a popular phenomenon and area of critical study.

BarnTV
BarnTV is a UCSC student media organization that presents any student with an opportunity to work hands on with film equipment in the high-stress environment of live theatre. BarnTV strives to cinematically document live theatre created by other students in a students-teaching-students-film environment. Final product from BarnTV is aired on SCTV in a designated time slot, is given to student crew for portfolio building, and is distributed at BarnStorm shows.

The Moxie Production Group
The Moxie Production Group is a UCSC student organization that strives to offer students who are serious about the industry trade of filmmaking a chance to experience and work in an environment that reflects professional independent filmmaking. The Moxie Production Group works toward developing projects that improve, support, and celebrate each member’s portfolio of work, allowing them greater opportunities when it comes to applying for graduate schools, internships, and jobs.

Film Production Club
The Film Production Club is a UCSC student organization that offers the UCSC film community guest lectures, student productions, and hands-on film production experience.

SCTV
SCTV is UCSC's student-run television station that digitally broadcasts student-made programming. SCTV is an innovative resource available to the students of the UCSC community. The organization meets weekly and there are a variety of ways students can participate. Tune-in on campus to channel 28! SCTV is your television station at UC Santa Cruz.
